Article 4 -
Controls for the use of (Procyon):
1. The user is obligated to use the
electronic platform of (Procyon) in accordance with the public morals and
regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. When purchasing a service or
product (Procyon), the user shall not use this service or product in violation
of public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Five
- Accounts and Registration Obligations:
As soon

4. You are committed when using (Procyon)
to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
5. You are obligated to disclose
true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as
required during registration with (Procyon) and you are obligated to update
your data in changing it in reality or in case of need.
6. (Procyon) is committed
to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses in the
strictest confidence.
7. If it appears to (Procyon) that
you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current,
incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what was stated in the usage agreement,
then (Procyon) has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership,
store and account On the platform, without harming the rights of other (Procyon)
and its legitimate means to recover their rights and protect the rest of the
users.
8. In the event of non-compliance
with any of the above, the (Procyon) management has the right to stop or cancel
your store or your membership, or block you from accessing (Procyon) services
again.
Article Six -
Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means:
1. The parties to this agreement
agree that communication takes place via the e-mail registered on the platform.
2. The user agrees that all
agreements, advertisements, data and other communications that are provided
electronically take the place of their written counterparts, which is a
stand-alone argument, in meeting the legal and legitimate needs.
3. The user agrees to be able to
communicate with him and inform him of any provisions related to this agreement
or dealing with him through the management of (Procyon) broadcasting general
messages received to all users or to specific users of (Procyon).
Article Seven
- Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees Agreement:
1. (Procyon) may notify
you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of
communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations are
doubled or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that
may be made to this agreement.
2. In the event of objection to any
amendment to the usage agreement, (Procyon) hopes that you will stop using its
services, as your mere access to your account in (Procyon) or your use of
(Procyon) is considered your acceptance of the amendments and complete and
complete approval denying ignorance, and (Procyon) accepts Discuss any proposal
regarding these provisions.
3. All fees are calculated in Saudi
riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any
other expenses added by (Procyon), provided that payment is made by the

fees on some users, depending on the offers, products, or services they
request, or what the state imposes in terms of fees or taxes on the nature of
the product or service.
5. (Procyon) reserves the
right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the
articles, terms and conditions of the usage agreement, on any of the users,
whatever the reason for their registration.
Article 8 -
Payment and settlement services for stores in (Proción):
1. (Procyon) provides
through its partners the payment and payment system in (Procyon). It can be
done entirely online through the payment options available on (Procyon) or
through any payment method provided by (Procyon) from time to time.
2. (Procyon) shall
determine the price of the service or product that it offers in its store
according to the recognized market value.
3. (Prosion) shall
provide invoices, receipt vouchers and receipt vouchers for all amounts and
profits that arise in its store, and shall give the user an invoice for his
purchase of a service or product (Prosion.
4. (Procyon) is committed
to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online
store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and the legal,
economic, commercial and organizational interests in this regulation.
Article 9 -
Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:
1. The user acknowledges that he
grants (Procyon) an unlimited, universal, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free
right and license to use personal information or materials or otherwise
provided by you or provided by the (Procyon) platform or announced on the
platform by joining it Or your use of it, through the forms designated for
communication and registration, or through any e-mail or any of the
communication channels available on the platform. With the aim of achieving any

2. Provisions of confidentiality of

agreement relating to the confidentiality of information.
Article Ten -
Intellectual Property:
1. The intellectual property rights
of (Procyon) are wholly owned by (Procyon), whether they were owned by them
before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
2. The user or consumer respects
the intellectual property rights of (Procyon), which includes (Procyon) itself,
and the words, logos and other symbols of (Procyon) or displayed on (Procyon),

Article
Eleven - Responsibility (Procyon):
1. (Procyon) is committed

claims arising from errors or omissions, whether caused directly, indirectly,

Article
Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:
1. (Procyon) measures
(tangible, organizational and technical) to protect users and prevent
unauthorized access to users' personal information, and save it.
2. You acknowledge as a user that
the World Wide Web is not a completely secure means, and the confidentiality of
your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% via (Procyon).
3. (Procyon) has no
control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other

represent you and others.
4. You know and agree that
(Procyon) may use your information that you provided it with, for the purpose
of providing services to you in (Procyon), and to send you marketing messages,
and that privacy in (Procyon) governs the collection, processing, use and

Article
Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:
(Procyon)
may suspend or cancel the user's membership or restrict the user's access to

Article
Fourteen - Replacement Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the
agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to
replace the product provided to him by (Procyon) within the seven days
following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to replace
the product after the seven days have passed.
2. In order to replace the product,
it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer
has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Procyon) has the right
to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to
replace the product in the following cases:
If the
product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to
specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a
defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If the product is video tapes,
CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
If the
product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is
considered a work.
· If a defect appears in the
product due to the consumer's improper possession.
· If the contract deals with the
provision of accommodation, transportation or catering services.
· If the contract deals with the

Article
Fifteen - Return Policy:
1. Without prejudice to the
agreement and statutory guarantee provisions, the consumer has the right to
terminate the contract and return the product provided to him by (Procyon)
within the seven days following the date of receiving the product, and he is
not entitled to that product after the seven days have passed.
2. To return the product, it is
required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has
not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Procyon) has the right to
inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3. The consumer is not entitled to
return the product in the following cases:
If the
product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to
specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a
defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.
· If the product is video tapes,
CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.
If the
product is newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, books, or anything else that is
considered a work.
· If a defect appears in the

4. If the provisions of the

Article
Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:
This
User Agreement is governed and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations
and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and
completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article
Seventeen - General Provisions:
In the
event that any incoming material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled
or there is any incoming material or any clause in the usage agreement that is
no longer enforceable, such an order does not revoke the validity of the rest
of the articles, clauses and provisions contained in the usage agreement and it

This

the following:

applicable language when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when
translating them into another language.

modified from time to time.
3. The promotional or marketing
offers that Procyon may place are temporary offers, as Procyon has the right to
modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement
are obligated to deal with each other in a manner that does not violate the
Sharia rules, regulations, and applicable laws related to the nature of the
dealings between
(KIYAN NAJMA EST) and
the user.
5. This usage agreement is not
canceled except by a decision issued by (Procyon) management.
